SILENT HILL Townfall Pre-order Bonuses Guide

Pre-orders for SILENT HILL: Townfall are open on PlayStation Store, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. This page is the how-and-where guide: which shop to use, which bonus actually lands on your account, and when Deluxe clocks in. It is not the comparison table. The game is still upcoming. Worldwide release is September 24, 2026. Deluxe digital pre-orders start 48 hours early on September 22. Steam may print 23 September or an “Advance Access” day that shifts with timezone. Count from Konami’s clocks, not from a store badge. Physical copies exist for PlayStation 5 Standard only. Deluxe is digital-only on every platform. There is only a single-player SKU and no extra platform hiding behind a pre-order.

Konami’s regional order page is the cleanest jump-off if you do not already live in a store app. Official product copy also sits on the Townfall site. Dates and platforms are spelled out on release date.

Where to pre-order

PlayStation 5 — digital. Use PlayStation’s Townfall game page or the Store app on the console. Standard and Deluxe both exist as downloads. Beach Edition CRTV style is a PS5 exclusive; you will not see that cosmetic on a PC receipt. If you want a disc, do not buy Deluxe and expect a box — Deluxe has no physical SKU.

PlayStation 5 — physical Standard. Retailers (Amazon, GameStop, regional chains) take boxed Standard pre-orders. Early-purchase bonuses on the disc SKU match the digital Standard list: CRTV Style: Rusted plus Beach Edition on PS5. Some EMEA shops have advertised a SteelBook as a retailer extra while stocks last. That wrap is not a Konami Deluxe bundle and it does not include 48-hour early access.

Steam. Pre-purchase Standard or Deluxe on the Steam app page (app 1636440). Steam lists CRTV Style: Rusted on Standard pre-purchase. Deluxe adds 48-hour early access, Simon’s Outfit: Alternate, and a Bonus Application that holds the digital art book and mini soundtrack. Steam’s printed unlock days can drift by timezone; the intent is still September 22 for Deluxe and September 24 for Standard.

Epic Games Store. Same two digital editions on the Epic Townfall listing. Bonuses match the other PC storefront. There is no Epic-only story chapter. If you already live in Epic’s launcher, this is a valid checkout, not a worse build.

Pick one storefront and stay there. Cosmetics and the Bonus Application are tied to that account. Crossing from Steam to Epic later will not carry Simon’s alternate outfit with you.

What each pre-order actually gives you

Standard pre-order (digital or physical PS5). You are buying the full game at $49.99 / £44.99 / €49.99 / ¥7,480. The pre-order extras are cosmetic:

• CRTV Style: Rusted — a worn look for the pocket television, available on PS5 and PC.
• CRTV Style: Beach Edition — PS5 exclusive. PC Standard pre-orders do not include it.

Rusted and Beach Edition change how the CRTV looks. They do not change tuning, radar, or puzzle behavior. If you care how the device actually works in a fog lane, read the CRTV guide rather than shopping for a skin.

Deluxe pre-order (digital only, $59.99 / £49.99 / €59.99 / ¥8,580). You get the full game plus:

• Simon’s Outfit: Alternate — a costume that changes Simon’s appearance.
• Digital art book and digital soundtrack (mini highlights) — delivered inside a Bonus Application on PS5 and Steam. Official copy notes that those contents cannot be exported as loose files in a format you pick.
• 48-hour early access — play from September 22.
• The same CRTV styles as a Standard pre-order, including Beach Edition if you are on PS5.

Deluxe is the only official way to start on the 22nd. There is no “Standard plus early access” upsell. If early access is the reason you are spending the extra $10, confirm you are checking out Deluxe, not a physical Standard box with a SteelBook.

How 48-hour early access works

Deluxe must be pre-ordered (or pre-purchased) on a digital storefront. When September 22 arrives in your region’s store timezone, the campaign unlocks. PlayStation size listings in early September 2026 put Deluxe preload on September 20 and Standard preload on September 22, with a PS5 download around 51.172 GB. PC still lists 75 GB. Those clocks and sizes are tracked on preload and file size. Standard buyers wait until September 24 even if they finish installing on the 22nd.

Early access is the same build path as launch, not a separate demo. There is single-player only to test with friends those two days. What you can do is learn peek, hide, and CRTV tuning before the weekend crowd. Use getting started and how to survive if you plan to go in blind besides the docks.

What not to expect from a pre-order

Townfall does not ship a Konami collector’s edition with a statue. It does not include extra story chapters behind Deluxe. The soundtrack in Deluxe is a mini set of highlights from Pilotpriest’s in-game score, not a full album dump you can assume is every cue. Watch the composer feature on trailers and soundtrack if you want to hear the tone before you pay for the mini OST.

Pre-order bonuses are cosmetics and calendar access. They do not raise difficulty, add ammo, or change the five-ending structure described on the endings overview. They also do not replace learning the systems: controls, stealth on combat and stealth, and the opening rooms on the walkthrough.

If a third-party key shop undercuts Steam or PlayStation, you are gambling on whether Rusted, Beach Edition, and Deluxe extras actually provision. This wiki only links official storefronts. After you pay, keep the updates hub bookmarked in case Konami posts a preload or entitlement note before September 22.
