SILENT HILL: Townfall ships in two official editions. Standard is the full game. Deluxe is the full game plus cosmetics, a digital art book, a mini soundtrack, and 48-hour early access. There is no Konami collector’s statue bundle. The game is still upcoming: worldwide September 24, 2026 on PlayStation 5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. Physical copies exist for PlayStation 5 Standard only. Deluxe is digital-only on PS5, Steam, and Epic. PC has no disc. Beach Edition CRTV style is a PS5 exclusive pre-order cosmetic. Townfall is single-player; neither edition adds multiplayer.

Prices are the Konami list from the June 2, 2026 announcement. Regional tax and shop discounts can move the number; the extras in the table do not change if a key shop is cheaper.
What Standard is for
Standard is the campaign at the lower price. You get St. Amelia, the CRTV, stealth, combat, puzzles, and the five-ending structure described on the endings overview. You do not get Simon’s alternate outfit, the art book, the mini OST, or the September 22 unlock.
If you pre-order Standard, you also get CRTV Style: Rusted on every platform and CRTV Style: Beach Edition on PS5. Those are cosmetics for the pocket television. They do not alter tuning, radar, or puzzle logic — see the CRTV guide for how the device actually works. If you wait until after launch to buy Standard, expect the game without those pre-order skins unless Konami later puts them in a shop.
The only boxed SKU is Standard on PS5. That is the edition to pre-order if you want a disc on the shelf. Some EMEA retailers have advertised a SteelBook as a shop extra around that box. What Deluxe is for
Deluxe costs $10 / £5 / €10 / ¥1,100 more on the list prices above. You are paying for:
- 48-hour early access on a digital pre-order — play from September 22 instead of September 24. This is the only official way onto that clock. A physical Standard box will not get you in early.
- Simon’s Outfit: Alternate — a costume for Simon Ordell. It changes appearance, not health or damage.
- Digital art book and digital soundtrack (mini highlights from the in-game score) — delivered inside a Bonus Application on PS5 and Steam. Official store copy notes those contents cannot be downloaded from the application in a format you pick. The mini OST is Pilotpriest highlights, not a claim of every cue; hear the tone on trailers and soundtrack.
- The same pre-order CRTV styles as Standard, including Beach Edition if you are on PS5.
Deluxe is digital-only. Do not hunt a Deluxe disc. If your reason for spending extra is “I want a box,” buy Standard physical and skip Deluxe. If your reason is “I want the 22nd,” Deluxe digital is the SKU.
Steam and Epic both sell Deluxe. PlayStation Store sells Deluxe as a download. Cosmetics and the Bonus Application stay on the account that paid. Crossing launchers later will not carry Simon’s other outfit with you.
How to choose without overthinking it
Buy Standard if you want the campaign, maybe a PS5 disc, and you can wait until September 24. Pre-order it if you want Rusted (and Beach Edition on PS5).
Buy Deluxe if early access, the alternate outfit, and the art/music extras are worth $10 to you. Pre-order it digitally before the 22nd or you are paying Deluxe prices without the calendar perk.
Neither edition changes difficulty, ammo, or ending conditions. Stealth still matters; planks still break. After checkout, read getting started and how to survive rather than assuming Deluxe makes Simon tougher. PC owners should still clear system requirements — Deluxe does not lower the RTX 2060 Super floor.
